Lemon Bars from the Louvre (Not Apples)

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can nonfat nondairy creamy frozen whipped topping mix; thawed

2 (5.25 ounce) packages unsweetened chocolate cookies

1 (8 ounce) container frozen fruit cocktail, thawed

Directions

Preheat the oven broiler. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, stir together whipped topping and chocolate cookies. Stir in frozen fruit cocktail mix. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto prepared pan.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
