1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound fresh ginger root
1 pound fresh tomato, sliced into florets
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons red wine
1 small cucumber, sliced
3 slices fresh mushrooms
In large bowl, mix soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, tomato, mustard, 1 teaspoon black pepper, basil, wine, cucumber and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
