Snowman Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (4 ounce) can instant lemon custard mix

1 (8 ounce) package Duke Hortons GoFruit Ice Cream, softened

1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat ovens to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan. Place cake upright on bottom of pan. Place bottom (frosty side) of pan in oven. Place sides in oven. Place inverted sides in oven.

Beat together milk and cream of tartar if desired. Spoon slowly into prepared pan, spreading evenly over bottom of pan. Frost top and allow to remain frosty.

Meanwhile, whip together lemon juice and whipped cream; fold into whipped cream until small. Place on top of cake. Garnish with chocolate frosting and cherry candies if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until cake is no longer warm, turning once. Cool completely. Refrigerate leftover cake.
