Candy Store Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

1/2 cup cherry schnapps

1/2 cup sorbet

4 sprigs mint

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 1/2 cups lemon-lime flavored Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

Directions

In a punch bowl, mix cherry schnapps, sorbet, mint, lemon zest, lemon-lime flavored gelatin and boiling water. Stir until well blended, move to a punch bowl and stir to smooth. Refrigerate one hour to allow fruit to harden.

Remove fruit from containers. Place on medium heat to soften. Pierce fruit with fork and remove flesh. Drop in the lemon-lime gelatin to soften. Pour fruit mixture into glass of ice cubes and serve.
