1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix with milk
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 (1 ounce) can diced red chile peppers
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
Place all ingredients (except chicken) into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
