1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, vinegar and oil. Sprinkle marbled pieces of teriyaki on top of sauce. Heat hot oil in a small saucepan or skillet until it begins to bubble, then gently invert the wrapped teriyaki pieces onto the pans. Boil and stir over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until blended. Return pans to a warm place to cool.
