2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups sifted white sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon banana extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup raisins
In a heavy bowl, beat the coconut and sugar until smooth. Beat in the melted butter and banana skim milk. Mix in the milk mixture, then stir in the vanilla, banana and orange extracts. Fold in the raisins. Pour into 3 glass or plastic containers and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, place a small portion of the coconut mixture into each glass or plastic container. Fill containers with 1/2 cup coconut mixture.
