3 cups water
1 cup oil for frying
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in oil. Stir in salt, pepper and oregano. Remove from heat and stir in basil, sage, dill weed, marjoram and basil. Transfer mixture to a 2 quart baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.
