1 cup margarine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in shortening, sugar, cinnamon and egg until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll dough into 1 inch balls; roll the balls into walnut sized shapes. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges of the cookies are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool completely on wire racks.
