2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared white sugar
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup margarine, melted
1 (12 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place potatoes in microwave-safe bowl. Drain; drain on paper towels.
Add juice, sugar, basil, margarine, chiles, pepper and celery into microwave-safe bowl until well mixed. Drop mixture by tablespoon onto potatoes. Cover microwave with aluminum foil; microwave on high for 10 minutes to melting and slightly crisp.
