1 cup malt vinegar
1 cup shortening
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1/2 pound chopped onion
1/2 pound lima beans, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped

In a large saucepan, bring vinegar, shortening, corn syrup and water (previously divided) to a full boil. Slowly whisk in pork and onion, removing from heat. Pour over pork mixture. Heat a large sauce pan over medium heat. Cook casserole in hot skillet occasionally, turning, until lightly browned. Watch Now
