2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1/2 pound beef liver
1 egg
2 1/2 cups beef broth
Heat oil in medium skillet. Fry 5 minced onions in oil; stir fry until aromatic. Stir fry onion several times. Remove from pan. Pour lemon juice over thinned pan; heat slowly over medium heat.
Brown meat; drain fat.
Place onion into pan and brown on all sides; drain. Place beef liver into pan; drain and reserve liquid. Stir in egg. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in beef broth and gravy.
Stir beef mixture into browned meat and liver; cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until beef mixture is no longer pink when touched. Heat through and serve.
