Easy Cheese Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package instant French-fried potatoes

3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons milk

1/3 cup chopped onion

1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 (8 ounce) bottle sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried dry mustard

Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in potatoes, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, oregano, butter, milk, onion and mushrooms. Saute for about 10 minutes, or until all ingredients are well-combined.

Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika, mayonnaise, paprika and dry mustard. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes.
