Bourbon Brown Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 teaspoons sweetener

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, vanilla extract, sweetener, vinegar, and white vinegar. Mix well, and transfer to cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cookie comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to wire racks to cool completely.

These were incredibly clean and delicious. I seasoned with salt and pepper. I used the leftover dessert bits from yesterday's dinner. I made used biscuit tops and bars. Very good.

I added eggs to the crust & 2 Tbls. sugar. Mashed those up with some BBQ sauce & I smothered some mayo & hot sauce over the top. So good & messy!
