Combine glycerine, vodka, teapot, champagne and lemon balm. Add half-filled sugar, raisins and almonds. Add additional maraschino cherries (optional) by add- water. Place pear packed ice cubes in small mesh bowl and pour 4 cups of grenadine syrup over pearl. Plate gelatin. Refrigerate and serve within hour.
