1 (16 ounce) bottle beer
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a small bowl, mix beer, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Stir minced garlic into beer and vinegar. Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest. Shake vigorously and serve hot.
