1 (8 ounce) can whole shrimp, drained
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup onion juice
1/3 cup bacon fat
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and saute shrimp in olive oil until opaque. Remove from pan, place in a large bowl, and stir in bacon fat, tomato paste, lemon juice and basil.
Place shrimp into a large silver ladle, and lift up on skewers; pour marinara sauce over the shrimp and toss.
