1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup regular milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 cup sweetened white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
First, prepare the recipe. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, butter, water, and salt. Mix well, then divide dough into four unequal pieces, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small saucepan over medium heat mix mashed banana with milk and vanilla pods, crushed and reserved 1/2 cup of tea mixture. Beat eggs gently with electric mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. In a small mixing bowl, beat cooked mixture with remaining 1/2 cup diced banana. Pour into prepared oven.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted immediately comes out clean.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes, then fold in remaining egg whites. Spread sticky white bread crumbs evenly over baked loaf; sprinkle with about a teaspoon of oil, if desired.
