2 tablespoons shortening
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/3 or 2 3/4 tablespoons pepper
1 small safflower seed
1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
In a medium bowl, combine shortening, olive oil, pepper and safflower seed. Stir until shortening melts. Add green bell pepper, chopped onion and egg. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to use.
