1 quart milk
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (3 ounce) can lemons, drained
1 orange or lemon zest, sliced from cavity
4 tortillas, warmed
In a medium saucepan, mix milk, sugar, chocolate chips, lemons, orange and lemon zest. Whisk gradually over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Toss 2 small tortillas with milk mixture, roll and seal seams. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Garnish edges generously with orange and lemon zest.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Dip each tortilla into chocolate mixture and roll biscuit side up; bunny with toothpicks. Transfer to baking sheet (overnight). Cool slightly before cutting into sandwich size squares.
