Cocoa Crumb Pie V Recipe

Ingredients

4 8 inch round baking pies

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (18 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small saucepan, heat peaches, oil, milk, evaporated milk and pudding mix. Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly.

Pour mixture into the pie crust. Top with sliced peaches. Drizzle sugar over dessert surface of crust. Arrange glass spatula, in any variety, over top to allow easy filling. Hold in refrigerator until set before serving. Cover and chill until serving.
