Swiss Brie Cheese and Red Wine Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup white wine

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/3 cup flour for dusting (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white grape juice

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (5 ounce) can sliced prawns, drained (optional)

1 (18 ounce) can sliced dates in wine can, drained (optional)

1 pint heavy cream
