1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, red pepper flakes, paprika, parsley and salt. Stir well.
Place chicken in a roasting pan and place on top of the cream cheese mixture. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Place roasting pan on preheated oven rack.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through on all sides and juices run clear.
