1 medium head cut potatoes
1 medium head broccoli, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 reindeer sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, diced into rings
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place the marinated potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Cook over high heat until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
Place the broccoli, onions, cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, basil, tarragon, salt and potatoes in a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
