2 quarts lettuce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons dried marjoram
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add lettuce and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain, and stir in cheese, mushrooms, evaporated milk and chopped onion.
Place salad mixture in large bowl and toss with vegetables.
