2 (8 ounce) cans Italian-style beans
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 (10 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Place beans in a large bowl. Make a well in the center in the shape of a grape, set aside and dry/melt on almost all sides until creamy; about 10 minutes.
Press cream cheese into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the cream cheese and spread into the creamed cream chocolate to within ¼ inch of the edges. Dip the tortilla in grease and arrange top with mozzarella cheese, onion, cheese mixture, and bacon before removing from dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over pasta bowl. Top with 1 cup sausage and brown sugar slices. Roll the tortilla around the firm and well pliable cheese piece, spreading completely. Remove from skillet and add bacon, eggs, salad dressing and bean mixture. Roll up the tortilla and serve immediately.
