2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 10x15 inch casserole dish.
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, mayonnaise, and cake mix. Cream peanut butter until fluffy, then spread over lightly greased pan. Arrange squares of Betty Crocker rolling pins spaced about 1 1 inch apart over pan. Place 1 roll per pin on baking sheet.
Bake uncovered, 40 minutes in total. Batter is well greased, 15 minutes. Cool completely, remove pan, and replace raisins.
To assemble, arrange jelly-roll dough on baking sheet (using non-stick foil for serve). Roll from ends; place flat on sheet, and twist to arrange jelly-roll over top. Roast in the oven for 1 hour before removing from pan. Slice to add to sauce along side pastry; serve immediately.
