1 pound pad Thai noodles
1 Thai herb stewed and sliced
3 cups water
2 beef cubes, cut into 1 inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Roll noodles and arrange in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Dice noodles, herbs and stewing spoon mixture over the noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake uncovered in the preheated oven 12 to 14 minutes, or until noodles are golden and sticking.
