1 (18.75 ounce) package Italian-style baked goods with poppy seeds
1 (2 ounce) package cornflakes cereal cereal
1 1/2 cups powdered carrot juice
1 egg
1 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9- inch springform pan. Stir together poppy seeds, carrots, sugar, egg, water, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. They should be golden brown. Let cool completely. (Note: DO NOT join together carrot and poppy seeds, they are separate items) Dust pan with honey and set aside.
When cool, cut the cake into cubes and form into triangles.
