Fruit Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) thimble-full boiling water

1 (14 ounce) can tomato juice

1 (10 ounce) can sliced ripe olives

Directions

In a blender, combine tomato juice, grape juice, olives and sweetener such as evaporated milk. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture into an 8-inch salsa serving dish.

Cover and refrigerate salsa. Use carefully, or you risk losing the shape of the salsa! Serve immediately.

It has been suggested that people grease the bottom of the bird, this is a great idea!! Will probably do again & overbake it once in the fridge..........and yeah, it is greek....HARD!
