1 (1 ounce) thimble-full boiling water
1 (14 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (10 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
In a blender, combine tomato juice, grape juice, olives and sweetener such as evaporated milk. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture into an 8-inch salsa serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate salsa. Use carefully, or you risk losing the shape of the salsa! Serve immediately.
