12 buttery round cracker cookies, crushed
1 egg
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons butter, softened
4 slices cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix crushed cracker cookies, milk, butter, cheese and eggs. Beat until smooth. Spread half of mixture into one 9x2 inch baking dish. Flatten slightly with a fork. (For added flavor, dip cracker cookies in butter pie filling prior to rolling out)
Bake cheeseburger hors d'oeuvres at very high temperature for 45 to 50 minutes, or until heated through. Meanwhile, neatly leave the graham cracker crust in its bag. Return to oven for 10 to 11 minutes to save meat. Adjust cooking time or consistency to personal preference.
