Baked Poached Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons minced onion

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup white wine

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, dill, salt, paprika, paprika, oregano, rosemary, sage, lemon juice, wine and lemon zest. Sprinkle mixture in the salmon.

Place salmon in French oven and cook until opaque in center. Remove from oven and drain. Serve warm.

very good recipe with many different uses. i used it for coating shrimp ,overeating chicken ,andso yum! EDIT- made a variation on the recipe which is to beat the eggs yolks until stiff when adding to the milk and then to whip the mixture before inserting it back into the fridge. this gives the mixture more flavor and finishes the job. EDIT- made a version without the Dijon without the dipping sauce. this is definitely going into our regular rotation.
