1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, dill, salt, paprika, paprika, oregano, rosemary, sage, lemon juice, wine and lemon zest. Sprinkle mixture in the salmon.
Place salmon in French oven and cook until opaque in center. Remove from oven and drain. Serve warm.
