Burritos de Jamos II Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces extra crispy bacon

4 ounces extra crispy corn tortillas

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/8 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup diced green pepper

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 package (1 ounce) margarine

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round ovenproof molds.

Brown bacon in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the corn tortillas, cream cheese, cheese, onion, pepper, green pepper, white bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, green bell pepper, margarine, parsley, onion, pepper. Mix well. Wrap mixture in waxed paper or parchment, and chill until firm.

Arrange cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a large baking sheet or greased foil pan.

Bake burritos in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve warm.
