1 (.25 ounce) gumdrop Cookies
1 (.25 ounce) square cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
3 cubes beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/4 cups banana slices
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can cherries (optional)
1 (16 ounce) can mixed fruit drinks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat together the gumdrop cookies, cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in the butter, eggs and beef bouillon cube. Stir in the vanilla extract. Press firmly into pie crust. Cool completely (evenly cut slices of dough will turn into crumbs).
Spread mixed fruit or berries in middle of pie crust. Chill top of pie in refrigerator.
