1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
2 ginger root, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can cooking mixed beans
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 pinch dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon white sugar
In a blender or food processor, combine coconut milk, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, olive oil, onion, mixed beans, sesame seeds, rosemary, thyme, dill weed, sugar, curry leaves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, bay leaf and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
