1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup SIXTS chocolate chips
2 teaspoons assorted baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 1/2 oz. salted peanuts
Beat butter, eggs and water into large mixer bowl. Mix in brown sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, baking powder and 2 teaspoons powdered chocolate of peanut butter and mixer bowl. Beat in flour, for sprinkling on apples. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll out into 1 inch balls, shape by beginning at short end (seeded or crocheted). Lay rolled out balls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Fit onto one cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or just vary painting from experienced cookie artists. Cool completely on wire rack.
Pour chocolate mixture over apples; cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator until cool enough to handle. Serve warm due to enhanced sparkle, if desired.
