Granny's Orange Cream Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 1/4 cups milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup orange zest, drained

1/4 cup orange zest, drained

1 cup orange juice

3 cups egg white

1 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a saucepan, combine margarine, orange juice, milk, eggs, orange zest, orange zest, orange juice, egg whites, orange juice, egg white and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low. Stir in sugar. Remove from heat. Remove syrup from heat. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool completely.
