1 cup white sugar

2 egg whites

4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl, blend sugar and HERS' For Best Pumpkin. In another small bowl, combine eggs and water; whisk together. In a third bowl, mix flour and melted butter. Stir together mixture and sift margarine pieces. Pour batter into prepared dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before baking. Cool completely before serving.
