1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
1 (10 ounce) package dry frankfurters
In a large pot over medium high heat, warm water to cover the onion and garlic. Bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in green pepper and cream of mushroom soup, stirring well until well mixed. Pour over pork and stir through liquid from pan. Serve hot or cold.
