2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages white sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry preserves
2 cups hot whipped topping, whipped topping may change
2 cups sliced hazelnuts
2 teaspoons cranberry juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, margarine, preserves and hot whipped topping in large bowl until smooth. Transfer to prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven, or until center is almost all the way up the sides of the pie. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Place in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, mix fruit preserves, cranberry juice and apple juice; spread the fruit mixture over crust. Garnish with hazelnuts. Store in refrigerator.
