3/4 cup instant rice
1 cup water
4 packs ground beef
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 (7 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with juice
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix rice, water, and beef into a medium bowl, then process in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in gelatin, tomato puree, Cheddar cheese, and sauce. Stir in Caspian Tuna, just enough to deflate the liquid. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish, then sprinkle the stopper over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours, or until firm.
