3/4 cup margarine
1 (11 ounce) package cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 2/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped pepperjack cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, cream cheese, onion and milk. Mix together and well mix in the garlic powder, mozzarella cheese and pepper jack cheese. Spread the mixture out over layers with the spoon, and frost as desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly and brown in spots.
