1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Wisconsin cream cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 bananas, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine water, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and bananas. Mix well and set aside.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
