4 (1 ounce) squares all-purpose flour tortillas
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup corn syrup
1 (8 ounce) can sliced green chile peppers, drained
Place the flour tortillas on a medium baking sheet to dry. Slice the peaches in half and spread each half on top of each other.
Place the corn syrup over the peaches.
Cover the sides of the pan and steam peaches in the pan until tender, about 1/2 hour. Rotate the pepper halves around, and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
