1 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 (9 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/4 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2/3 cup of six-inch round tube pans.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine, milk, soda and salt. Add egg and jell-O mixture, mixing until well blended. Beat in sour cream and pecans. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
