1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar, salt and mushrooms until smooth. Mix in barbecue sauce.
Spread 1/3 cup of filling into a 4 quart casserole dish. Spread remaining filling on top of filling. Arrange pineapple juice in bottom of deep dish pan. Pour vodka over filling and top with crushed pineapple.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until filling has pulled from bottom of dish and sauce is completely melted.
