4 ounces vanilla ice cream for topping
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 tablespoons citrus flavored extract
Combine ice cream, light syrup and lemon extract in large envelope freezer bag. Place on top of ice cream. Freeze until hard, stirring frequently to make sure mixture is completely dissolved. Freeze again until hard. Fold 1 tablespoon cream cheese into ice cream mixture; spread over layer. Stirring until well combined, slowly spread remaining lemon soda over cream cheese layer of container; retain ice cream layer of container in freezer bag. Freeze until completely solid, stirring often.
