1 cup butterflied chicken breast meat
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
4 (4 ounce) cans turkey sausage
Place butterflied chicken breast meat in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake until only a small amount remains. Transfer chicken to bag. Place mushrooms, mushrooms and mushrooms in bag. Heat sausage in a large, heavy skillet. Brown on both sides.
When preparing the stuffing, place chicken, mushroom and mushrooms in plastic bag. Stuff stuffing with butterflied chicken breast mixture.
