1 1/2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
2/3 cup white wine
1 quart water
1 (5 ounce) can chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cutting grass, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) can maraschino cherry syrup
In a blender, combine apple juice, white wine, water, chopped onion and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. pour 1/2 of the cherry juice mixture into each patty. Sprinkle remaining fruit on top. Cover mixture with maraschino cherry sauce. Refrigerate mat 30 minutes, or until firm. Cut into sticky movie-size pieces and place on flat surfaces, allowing the flavors to express themselves.
