1/4 cup hot milk
1 (16 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 cup diced onion
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon dried oregano
In a large saucepan, warm milk until it bubbles. Stir in tomatoes and green beans and steam.
Place onion in tomato mixture and pour over cream or cheese. Cover and let simmer. Cover with beans and liquid, repeat. Beat with wire whisk until smooth, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
